United States-based operator, BetMGM, has debuted its latest addition to its slots portfolio, Mirage Mega Magma, a new, exclusive slot game leveraging MGM Resorts’ luxury casino brand.
Developed by Entain’s in-house studio in conjunction with MGM Resorts International and BetMGM, Mirage Mega Magma sets fire to traditional titles featuring animations of volcanic eruptions and iconic buildings at The Mirage Hotel & Casino.
“Mirage Mega Magma, another BetMGM title based on a world-renowned land-based property, brings more heat to our gaming portfolio,” said Matthew Sunderland, vice president of gaming, BetMGM. “This game leverages the best of both of our parent companies – Entain’s tech. and MGM’s branding – and we expect it to match and exceed the successes experienced by Bellagio Fountains of Fortune.”
Mirage Mega Magma is also connected to BetMGM’s jackpot network, the largest state-by-state exclusive in-house progressive jackpot network in the United States. The top prize in New Jersey currently sits at $3.1m – while, last year, a player set that state’s record with a $3.2m win.
Entain has developed and released more than 60 proprietary table and slot titles for BetMGM’s casino brands through its in-house studios, also including MGM Grand Millions, Bison Fury and Bellagio Fountains of Fortune. These and other exclusive games produced by Entain are enjoyed by 70 per cent of BetMGM customers.
The new slot title is now available to BetMGM casino players across all platforms in the states of New Jersey and Michigan and will be available in Pennsylvania and West Virginia later this year.
