Games provider ESA Gaming has expanded its senior team with the appointment of Massimiliano Vandelli as head of sales.
Vandelli joins his new role after a decade at working for Microgaming, where he most recently held a senior sales position, after having previously worked for GVC and Sportingbet in Italy.
“We are very pleased to welcome Massimiliano to ESA Gaming as our head of sales,” remarked Zorica Smallwood, director at ESA Gaming. “We strive to add the best individuals to our team and he joins us with extensive industry experience and invaluable knowledge.
“We have ambitious goals for 2022, and we look forward to Massimiliano helping us achieve them.”
Vandelli’s appointment comes as ESA Gaming “looks to continue a strong period of growth”, having recently received its MGA and Greek licences, while also signing ‘key’ commercial agreements in Portugal, Colombia and Italy.

The development marks another important hire for ESA Gaming, following the recent addition of its head of games in August as the company continues to add to its team.
